Web Summit Alpha program is an opportunity to for promising startups to present their products and services to the huge international audience of the Web Summit conference, as well as to pitch to the top VCs in the world.

Finnish startup eeedo was chosen among the first into the Alpha program. eeedo creates fleet maintenance management solutions for businesses and digitalizes the fleet maintenance process. For example, the largest Finnish inter-city bus operator uses eeedo to manage its fleet. Web Summit Alpha program is an excellent opportunity for eeedo to generate international traction and find new partner companies.

“Often biggest competitor in the fleet maintenance management is still a notebook and a pencil.” says eeedo’s CEO Arttu Kalli. “Our most important principle when developing our fleet maintenance management software was that it has to be easier and faster than the traditional way when the driver reports the defects to the logistics manager by phone. Our solution allows the operator to report defects with their mobile phones and attach photos and video to the report.”
